Hamari first marriage anniversary par humne ise book kiya tha ,par service me Jo dikhya gya usme photo vedio utni acchi ni li gai thi ,red wine ,movie on projector ni tha waha par ,even jo fog insta vedio par entry par dikhaya jata h ,wo bhi bahut kam tha ,food quality bhi theek ni thi ,place theek h par jo service dikhayi gai h ,yadi wo real me hoti to jada achha ho sakta tha ..
2 stars for the decoration and initiative, but service execution was poor, as if they take customers for granted. Bring your own food as they order very cheap street food!
Shitty place!!!!! Worst experience!!!! They made us wait 1.25 hours for the food, and then served burned and very hard fries. The staff shamelessly argued, and made us payment the full amount. Won't recommend it to anyone ever!
This place is an absolute gem! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, the food was fresh and beautifully presented, and the ambiance was just perfect for a special occasion. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a fantastic experience!
Very rude behaviour and very bad experience. Total waste of money
Bad experience with the staff members as well as from owner. They don’t know how to treat the customers. Will not refer this place to anyone in future
Thank you, Lovingfy, for hosting my birthday! The decoration was amazing, the food was okay, and the fog and lights added a great touch. I especially want to thank the staff for clicking great photos and providing a reel. The projector was okay, but overall, the experience was awesome!..
Very disappointing experience. The food service was poor and badly managed, and communication was extremely weak. We had to argue multiple times just to get basic clarity, and instead of resolving issues, the staff was rude and uncooperative. Overall, very unprofessional and not recommended at all.
Wish I was able to give it a "Negative Star".....Giving it a 1 star since there are no other options. Worst services offered by the team at that place.....Worst Staff to have us being catered thereat.....Worst Ever Experience.....Won't be recommending to Anyone!
It was a nice experience great food, ambience, music and entry is super awesome
