Excellent Service – The Family Taxi, Indore I had booked an Innova Crysta with Mr. Hemanth Sharma almost three months in advance for our 5-day family trip covering Ujjain, Mahakaleshwar, Omkareshwar and Indore. I am very happy with the overall experience. The communication and booking process were smooth and professional. Even though the booking was made months in advance, I did not have to keep following up. One day before our journey, Mr. Hemanth proactively shared the driver and vehicle details, which gave us confidence and peace of mind. The Innova Crysta provided was neat, clean, comfortable and well maintained. A special appreciation to our driver, Mr. Premji (Randular Sharma), who was with us throughout the five days. We were travelling as a family of five, including two senior citizens, and he was extremely polite, professional and helpful throughout the journey. His driving was smooth and safe, and he helped us plan our sightseeing, convenient pickup and drop-off points, and timings. He also suggested good and hygienic restaurants considering that two members of our family required Jain food while the others preferred regular vegetarian food. All his recommendations were good and reasonably priced, and we had no food-related problems during the entire trip. He even helped us arrange a Pandit for Pind Daan, which was very helpful for our family. Overall, we had a very comfortable and memorable experience with The Family Taxi. I would happily recommend their service. Special thanks to Mr. Hemanth Sharma and Mr. Premji for taking such good care of our family throughout the journey.
