Our 9-day Ladakh trip with Luxury Voyage was an amazing experience from start to finish. As a couple, we were looking for a comfortable, well-organized trip, and the team exceeded our expectations. A special thanks to Ankit, who was our coordinator throughout the entire journey. From the day we booked until we returned home, he was always just a phone call or message away. He was responsive, supportive, and genuinely cared about ensuring we had the experience that was promised. The stays were comfortable across all destinations, and the food was consistently tasty. Hotel La Tso in Leh and B2 Resort in Nubra Valley were especially impressive. Even though it was a group tour, every couple was allotted a private room, which made the experience much more comfortable. We had booked the XUV group tour, but due to an increase in group size, the ground team initially arranged a SIC (Seat-in-Cabin/Tempo Traveller) for us. I immediately brought this to Ankit's attention, and he truly went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Despite the operational challenges, he honored the commitment made at the time of booking and arranged an XUV for my wife and me. That level of customer commitment is rare and deserves appreciation. The entire ground team was equally fantastic. The itinerary was thoughtfully planned with the right balance of sightseeing, travel, meals, and rest, making the journey enjoyable rather than exhausting. Everything was well coordinated, and we always felt looked after. I would highly recommend Luxury Voyage to anyone planning a Ladakh trip.
