Overall Tour Experience – 4.7/5 We recently completed a religious road trip covering multiple destinations, and overall, it was a very good and memorable experience. The vehicle was comfortable, the driver was extremely cooperative, and the accommodation provided at different locations was generally good. There are a few areas where improvements can make the experience even better. 🚗 Vehicle & Driver – 4.8/5 The vehicle was comfortable, well-maintained, and reliable throughout the journey. We did not face any vehicle-related issues during the entire tour. The driver was one of the biggest positives of our trip. He was polite, calm, and very cooperative. On several occasions, he had to drive for almost 12–14 hours a day, but he never complained. Due to temple darshan timings, we sometimes had to start as early as 6 AM, and he managed everything very well. Area of Improvement: When planning a religious road trip covering different cities and states, travellers also expect the driver to have basic local knowledge and play the role of a local guide. Information about local culture, traditions, famous food, attractions, markets, and the historical or religious significance of places can add tremendous value to the journey. Since drivers are familiar with these areas, some useful suggestions and local insights from their side would make the overall experience more informative and enjoyable. This aspect was missing during our tour. 🏨 Accommodation 1. Trimbakeshwar Property – 4.2/5 The staff was extremely polite and cooperative, and the food quality was excellent. The property also provides a resting facility and breakfast for drivers at a reasonable cost, which is a thoughtful initiative. However, the location is quite far from the main area, and the approach road is not very good. Rooms are also quite compact considering the price, and the property looks somewhat old. Some basic amenities, such as adequate luggage storage, a welcome kit, and an electric kettle for hot water, were missing. . 2. Nashik Property – 4.5/5 The rooms were spacious, clean, and hygienic. Overall maintenance was good, and food quality was satisfactory. However, the restaurant also allows outside visitors, which sometimes creates seating issues for hotel guests. During our stay, a large group arrived for breakfast, but only one staff member was available to manage everything. This resulted in delays and some compromise in food quality. Tourists generally prefer to finish breakfast early and start their journey, so hotels should anticipate peak breakfast hours and arrange adequate staff and food preparation accordingly. Better management during these hours would significantly improve the guest experience. 3. Shirdi Property – 5/5 Undoubtedly, this was the best property of our entire tour. Rooms were spacious, clean, and hygienic. The staff was extremely polite and cooperative, and the food quality was also good. The availability of a dedicated local transportation desk was another great facility for tourists. Overall, it offered an excellent combination of comfort, hospitality, cleanliness, and tourist-friendly services. ⭐ Overall Feedback Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable tour. The vehicle, driver, and accommodation arrangements were good, and we appreciate the efforts of the tour planner in coordinating everything. My only major suggestion is to make the experience more tourist-oriented rather than just transportation-oriented. A driver with basic local knowledge and better guidance about destinations, local food, and culture can add significant value to such trips. Similarly, hotels can improve their services by anticipating tourists' requirements, particularly during peak breakfast hours. Despite a few areas for improvement, the positives clearly outweigh the shortcomings. I would definitely recommend their services to others planning a similar religious or family road trip.
