Never go to these people.I went to their Indore office (Sandeep Verma), to transfer some funds to my Daughter in US.The fund was to be transferred to Chase Bank account of National Financial services LLC,for the final credit to my daughter’s account.I gave all the details required and after checking the details he asked me to transfer the funds to BFC forex account which was done.I checked with my Daughter,it was not received,they checked and corrected the Swift message( as per him) and it was re-sent which also was not received.When contacted again he said we will refund your money mentioning that the account details are not correct (I have been sending funds for last so many years using the same details through Banks).After passing @ three weeks he informed me that your refund has come,after deducting a penalty amount.I complained to their Mumbai office,one Mr.Kaustav Khan called me from Mumbai office and told me that we are grade 2 forex dealers and are not allowed to transfer the funds to LLC company accounts.This was the first time they informed me about their limitation,it was never mentioned by their staff or through any notice in their office anywhere,secondly the account details were checked by them before accepting the transfer.They blamed me for this blunder and refunded my money after deducting a penalty and taking an undertaking that we gave them incorrect details.They are blaming customer for their mistakes.

Great service, sandeep verma was always available on call for my smallest of queries and my work was done under 10 minutes. Was already very Highly recommended , will now recommend to others too
