I request every one , It's a fraud group. Don't ever do any booking with them. We got to know about artsholiday from some ads..we asked them dubai plan. Ravi who contacted with us, agreed and share plan for it. We paid around 2 lac for 2 family for flight booking. After few days when we tried to contact him he ignored calls and switched off phone. Somehow we reach to him through local person and asked reason of his unusual behaviour. He gave some weird reply like his operation license for dubai is revoked but he was still taking bookings. We got to know it's fraud group. We asked them to refund whole amount. He started giving lot of excuse. 65000 amount is still pending . Now again he switched off his mobile. Anyhow we will not let him run away without paying. But I am posting it so that others people be aware of such frauds.
The entire package was really good and the travel agents Tanvi, Charu and Mr Gusti was really nice They were very friendly and helpful. It was great experience in our Europe trip. The cab drivers was very nice especially Mr Tresna a good...
