Nonsence behaviour with passanger...taking money in advance and fill petrol in cab then change rules and regulations and speak unwanted words and dont agree to give return money if passanger cancel their trip.. Request to all dont book cab...otherwise you face number of problems and unwanted words and galiya
They fraud us as I booked slipper by online and in online mode only one name I can fill so I did only one name when I board the bus they ask me extra money while in offline mode on a slipper they book 2 person for a slipper and they ask more money to me for keep the luggage in digi , they don't have customer service contact details then I call local operator they are asking more money than a ticket price so I suggest never travel with bus

The worst travel agency I've been through. They load sacks in the whole gallery leaving no place to walk, and the staff is not polite as well. I suggest if U want a good comfortable journey, never book tickets frm. The agency
It was the worst of Experience ever to travel in a bus. First of all it ran lat by 3-4 hours. Secondly the Driver denied dropping me at Dropping point despite me having valid ticket & dropping point mentioned on it. Thirdly the Look & feel of the bis was dark & awful.Seats & blankets were smelly. The condition of the bus was worst in Maintainence part. Which led to broke down at Lonavla & passengers along with me stuck at Highway. Neither did the office respond to our calls nor the driver or his companions who were equally useless did anything. 3hours of ordeal was just unbearable. Not recommended at all.
Worst experience with this travels. I had thought hans is the worst, but this has even beaten that. I had book luggage from Agra, they said Rs800 and gave me a slip. When I went here they said give Rs 100 more if you want item or we wont release. When I spoke at the office, they told you talk to Agra office. Useless travels. Sheer loot from travellers
Amazing experiance with professional staff.
Very very worst service and transport. I'll never travel with this transport again
