Worse experience...they move away without taking passenger after break point and when call to the office number they say its your fault not bus condector mistake...

One of the worst travelling agency i have ever seen in my life, all staff are full arrogant and they don’t have manners to talk with their customers and also bus driver is third class ,even seats are also third class,so never visit gagan travels i repeat never

Worst experience Rather travelling in Nagar Seva is good option They made it malgadi and Local Nagar Seva Reaching time was morning 8-8:30 am and it's already 3 pm we didn't reached our destination 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 It's my humble request don't rely on this bus facility it's literally nightmare for us.

Worst experience.i sae bus on redbus to book respective for my town but then i was running late so i simply board in bus and i was tension free that i will be reached at my estimated time.But for confirmation after 1hr i asked conductor for the time he said 8 which is 2 hr late which was showing on redbus app i was like ki bhai ye kya farzi chiz hai.so i suggest the owner please dont be a liar i paid 200 for journey on 19 june 2025.

Very bad experience. Please avoid Gagan Travels. Indore (Gangwal Bus Stand) se Ankleshwar ke liye RedBus se ticket li. Boarding point pe Gagan Travels ka koi phone receive nahi karta. Bus mein bedsheet aur pillow diya hi nahi, sirf bahut gandi badbu wala kambal diya gaya jo use ke layak bhi nahi tha. Driver aur conductor theek the, lekin Gagan Travels ke office staff ka behaviour bahut rude aur battamizi bhara tha. Koi professionalism nahi. Unhygienic bus + rude staff = worst journey. Strongly recommend: gagan travels se mat jao thode se paisa badha koi achha bus kro.

My experience with this travel agency was very bad. There is no safety in the bus. There is no shutter, so couples or ladies do not feel safe. The staff behaviour is very rude. We were 7 boys and had booked our seats, but they didn’t even wait for 5 minutes. They just said, “It’s your problem,” and didn’t help us. The bus condition is also very poor. It shakes too much, the ride is very jumpy and uncomfortable, and it doesn’t feel like a luxury bus at all. Overall, this was my worst experience ever. I will never book here again and I don’t recommend it to anyone

I booked a first-class ticket with Gagan Travels, and the seat is really dirty. The AC isn't working properly either. To top it all, the bus broke down near Vidisha 5 hours ago 😤.No one's willing to take responsibility here 😤.They're not arranging an alternative, nor are they fixing the issue. When you tell them to, they say "call the office", but no one's receiving the phone at the office. We're super frustrated, it's a bust service 😤. What next? 😅
