I had travel Chhatarpur to bhopal. They gives ac non ac both typea of buses .both are sleeper bus.they provide single seater,single sleeper lower,single sleeper upper,double sleeper both lower and upper.

Bahut ghatiya experince , non ac or golden bus me no diffrence , ac band tv band wifi band , jb conductor se sikayat ki toh jawab or bhi jyada ghatiya bolne ki tamiz nahi hai , bilkul apna paisa iske liye barbaad na kare 🙏🙏 …

Worst experience.... worst vehicle....extra ordinary pathetic services..... jitni burai Karo Kam hai.... customers se badi badi bate kerke booking kerte hai....fir sadi se sadi gadi bhejte hai....fir bekar sevices...fir customer se hi bolte hai aap pahale bolte to hum gadi badal dete....beech raste mai gadi rok di....or wo bhi tab jab sare lady passengers the....Puri picnic ki watt laga Dene ke liye lots of thanks🙏🏼

Worst experience ever. They charge you 1200 bucks for a ticket for nothing. They give you ragged blanket, smelling like feet, pillow without covers and it feels like you are living your nightmare. The washroom is more like kachde ka dabba. Do not ever travel on their bus.

This company is not genuine. I booked the bus from Chattarpur to Indore on 13/03/23 pm service. They stop the bus along the way take on board more passengers who go standing inbetween the births. This way they make extra money on top. Moreover it stops the bus and delays the time. To makeup the time they drive fast and unsafely. When I asked them to stop this, conductor was rude and didn't care. My TV wasn't working and he didn't care. I tried calling the Call center to make the complaint and no one answered the phone. So I was stuck in the situation for the entire journey with no one to rectify the problem. Really disappointed, will never book them again. Pay your staff good money so they don't make their living like this.

To much delay driving. Not clean bus. To much bad experience
