X-Elite by Gautam Travels

Extremely disappointing experience. The bus staff was rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. They spoke to passengers disrespectfully and behaved as if they didn't care about anyone's problems. I've travelled on many buses, but this was one of the worst experiences I've had. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour.

The behaviour of the bus staff was shocking. Instead of addressing passengers' concerns politely, they resorted to threatening language. They even said that the owner would meet us at the stop, which felt completely unnecessary and intimidating. Passengers deserve respect, not threats.

Very poor service. We called the staff requesting the bus to stop, but our request was ignored. It was frustrating to realise that the staff wasn't willing to listen to passengers at all. Basic communication and passenger service seem to be missing. I would think twice before booking this bus again.

The most disappointing part was the staff's attitude towards passengers. They openly behaved as though they didn't care whether people wanted to get off the bus or were facing difficulties. The attitude was essentially that they didn't give a damn about passengers leaving the bus. Such behaviour is unacceptable in a passenger transport service.

One of the worst bus journeys I've experienced. The staff's attitude was terrible, their language was inappropriate, and their behaviour towards passengers was intimidating. Even a simple request to stop the bus was not handled properly. Paying customers deserve much better than this.

I would strongly advise the management to review the conduct of its bus staff. Passengers were treated disrespectfully, threatening statements were made, and requests for a stop were ignored despite calls. The staff's attitude suggested that passenger concerns were completely irrelevant to them. This level of unprofessionalism should not be tolerated.
