Lokesh and his team at CTC were amazing with the planning, suggestions and execution for our Japan trip. We got our visa processing done through them as well which was smooth and our Japan visa came in on time The coordination by his team throughout the trip was spot on and we were provided with all information and vouchers before time They coordinate via a whatsapp group which was very responsive to our requests and needs while we were in Japan. Overall a 5 star experience with Lokesh and his team. Thank you for making our Japan trip memorable

Dear Lokesh Ji, Warm wishes from Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to you with utmost humility and gratitude. Words cannot express my appreciation for the meticulous planning and timely guidance you provided during our recent visit.ie:-17th July to 6th August 2025. We are particularly thankful for arranging our visas at Indore, which was a huge relief. When Dr. Deo Patodi shared the itinerary prepared by you, I must admit that I was initially skeptical about how the entire tour would unfold. However, from day one, we experienced great comfort and seamless execution. We received our boarding passes on time, and all our hotel bookings were conveniently located near the city center, requiring minimal walking distance from the stations. Locating our guides in Paris and other destinations like the Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Versailles, Mount Titlis, Glaciar 3000, Venice, and Vatican was effortless, thanks to your excellent arrangements. What truly stood out was the affordability of the entire tour, making it accessible for senior citizens like us. I extend my best wishes for grand success in your profession. *Jai Hind!* *With sincere* *appreciation and* *regards,* *_Dr. K.W. Absolutely loved the tour! The organization was top-notch, and the guides were knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great experience!"

We recently booked our family holiday to Italy through CONFERENCE TRAVEL AND CORP, and the experience was outstanding from beginning to end. Traveling with children can be demanding, but their team made everything incredibly smooth and enjoyable. From international flights to ground transfers and hotel accommodations, every detail was thoughtfully arranged with our family’s comfort in mind. One of the highlights of the trip was our stay at Poggio Nardini near Florence—a beautiful property surrounded by the peaceful Tuscan countryside. It was an ideal spot for our family to relax and reconnect. The kids loved the open space and scenic setting, while the adults appreciated the tranquility and charm. A heartfelt thank you to the team for recommending and booking this hidden gem—it truly made our time in Tuscany unforgettable. Another excellent recommendation was choosing to stay in Sorrento instead of Naples. Their advice was spot on. Sorrento offered the perfect mix of beauty, accessibility, and a more relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. It was a great base for exploring the Amalfi Coast, and we’re so glad we followed their suggestion. We were also impressed by how flexible and responsive the team was, even when we had a few last-minute changes. Their attention to detail and clear communication meant we could focus entirely on enjoying the trip rather than worrying about logistics. We highly recommend CONFERENCE TRAVEL AND CORP to any family planning an international vacation. Their expertise, care, and personalized service made all the difference in creating a stress-free and truly memorable holiday. A Very Special Thanks to the owner Mr. Lokesh Kasliwal for his efforts and time in the whole planning/booking process Siddharth Nema
