Thomas Cook India is a complete disappointment. This company is a shadow of the brand it once was. What they promise during booking and what they actually deliver are worlds apart. Poor coordination, misleading communication, last-minute changes, and zero accountability. They take your money and leave you stranded with substandard services, disorganized logistics, and apathetic staff. Worse, when issues are raised, they respond with cover-ups, not solutions. Their so-called “support” team is either clueless or trained to deflect blame. Thomas Cook India has become a money-first, customer-last operation. If you're expecting a stress-free experience or value for what you pay — look elsewhere. Avoid at all costs. You’ll thank yourself later.
