Hi Folks, I would like to share my recent travelling experience about chalozy Travels. It is about Spiti valley which is started from Delhi onward to Chandratal. The booking and payment installation procedure was very flexible. But the guide they provided wasn't corporative. He was off while site visiting. No information about locality. That was bit disappointing in my view. Rest 1st accommodation in Jibhi was fantastic. 2nd accommodation stay was quite simple in Sangla. Rest, I'll suggest check kaza stay before check-in because in our case 1st stay they provided was in dirty place then we changed it to another but still there was power outage issue occurring because of that we have to use cold water in 8 degree C. Causes nausea and headache over 2 days. Lack of communication between guide and teammates noticed it. Thanks!

Overall, I had a good trip to Spiti. The place itself is absolutely breathtaking—truly a 10/10 destination. We had a lot of fun, created great memories, and most importantly, everyone was accommodated safely and returned home safely, which I’m grateful for. However, there were a few things that disappointed me on the trip. But the coordinator understood our point and took strict actions that were needed.
