One of the worst bus service seen ever. I travelled from Indore to Damoh (M.P), They took 14 hours to reach destination. No scheduled departure and arrival time. Very Bad bus service, unnecessary frequent long stoppage for 30 min to 1.50 hours, Seats are also not good. I suggest you to don't prefer it.
Worst experience...!!!Had to book in urgency from Nagpur to Jabalpur. Online facility is poor and condition of bus is poorer. Go for Saini, Nandan, VRL or Purple.
Pathetic service.. first their arrival time is atleast45 min late that too on star square Second seat quality is third class..no proper seat & When you enter bus it's bundled with parcel & luggage..no place to foot rest properly Regarding seats no charger point & no shelf even Last is they have increased fare by almost 20% from last year..:(
It is sharp 2.30 A.M.and I am awake because I am in this stupid bus rather call it a dustbin. My seat is copletely wet I cant even sit comfortably in whole sleeper and the best part is that the conductor is sleeping in his birth and he doesnt care about my problem. Dont ever prefer this bus service...
I don't know about the Agency, but I took their bus from Pune to Jabalpur. The service was Pathetic. It's a very long journey. So, I'll advice you not to take their bus. The average speed at which they are moving is around 20 km/hour. He stopped at a 3rd class place for lunch and dinner, taking a break of one and a half hour every time.

Fraud Site. The would ask for money in advance and the vehicle won't show up. They will constantly make up excuses and keep asking you for money. Rakesh Kumar - Fraud driver. Pathetic behaviour. Disappointing service.
Worst service ever I call for enquiry because tomorrow my examination and I want confirm my reach time, but the person was misbehave when you confirm your ticket you will show all details if I am satisfied that details so why I call you for inquiry
