I am regular to gyming and in order to cover the protein intake I prefer paneer being a vegetarian. I tried paneer at many dairies but was never satisfied with how it felt after consuming , ever since I have started taking Desi cow milk paneer from BRAHMI I feel very light on my stomach and also it tastes very good. I’m very much satisfied with the desi cow based dairy products of BRAHMI.
