Advi Readymade Blouses

As per the size chart provided by Advi, I ordered a XXL which seems more like an XL. I contacted them via WhatsApp to arrange an exchange for one size larger, but they have not bothered to acknowledge my message nor reply! Fraudsters!!

I placed two orders from Bindigasm (Advi Blouses). The first one arrived without any issues. The second one however, was not delivered by their courier partner Xpressbees/Shiprocket who fraudulently stated that we refused to receive the order and sent it back to origin without checking with either the sender or the receiver. Bindigasm (Advi Blouses) was able to resolve this and had another courier make the delivery successfully. The blouses are quite beautiful and fit perfectly. I ordered one size above my usual and recommend the same.

The first time I placed an order with them for three blouses, two of them had to be replaced,one for the wrong sizing and the other for wrong color. I took a chance on them and again ordered 8 of it for my mom as she liked the quality earlier. This time the experience was terrible. First the delivery partner that the brand uses is terrible. The delivery was late. They would not hand over the order unless we give them the OTP, while it is clearly stated that without checking the product the OTP should not be shared. When we opened the product, 2 of the blouses had sparkles falling off it, 2 were scratchy on the skin, and 1 was a different color than what we ordered. Apart from these the rest three were differing in fit which i can say depends on the design so we ordered an exchange. However, when the exchange for 2 has arrived today, the OTP issue once again happened and both the items are a different color than what was returned. The company really needs to put efforts into whoever is managing the package & delivery coz I'm pissed and done with them. You can be a hit brand but fill these black holes in your business or you will soon be consumed by it.
