Pantaloons (Kalyan Mart, Indore)

Yesterday 18/02/2025 , I bought a shirt worth 1200/- to gift my son. While wrapping in gift packing found cut on one of the arm of shirt. I visited to store for replacement. Without asking any reason they replaced the product. Very humble and polite staff.

Decent Store having good ambience. The store is located to near D-Mart

Scam alert!! They literally tried to scam me by putting less no of merchandise in the bag than i bought.luckily I found it out a week later and did a complaint and after checking cctv it was clear that staff didn't put one item in the bag and dropped it outside instead. Eventually I got my missing item however I would not recommend this outlet. Please make sure to check your purchase is there in your bag before you step out.

Height quality clothes and good environment , beutiful and attractive settlement of clothes, Near D Mart Rau and front of rati mandi , Nearly construction of flyover ,

Really enjoyed my visit to Pantaloons Kalyan Mart! I managed to grab a good deal on their new collection, which was a huge plus. The vibe of the store is great, and I didn't face any issues with billing or finding sizes. The staff is very polite and attentive to customers. If you're looking for fresh fashion with good offers, this is the place!

wish i could give stars in minus but alas! They literally harrassed me in the trial room with false allegations and didn't even apologize after it was cleared that it was their mistake! this might be one of the worst experience ever so yeah if ur planning to go there, DON'T.

It was genuinely one of the worst experiences imaginable. The security system wasn't functioning properly, and as we were leaving, the sensor started buzzing for no reason. We fully cooperated, showed our bags, and proved that we had nothing with us. Despite that, the staff spoke to us disrespectfully, invaded our privacy, and even asked us to open parts of our clothing for inspection. As expected, they found absolutely nothing. What was most disappointing was that they didn't even offer an apology afterward. This is, without a doubt, one of the worst places I've visited, and I would never recommend it to anyone.

Very disappointing experience. I selected the products and went to the billing counter, but they told me I had to download the Pantaloons app and make the payment through the app. They were not accepting offline payment at the billing counter. I had already spent time selecting the products, and this was really inconvenient. Customers should be informed about this before shopping. If you prefer a simple in-store shopping and payment experience, I would suggest checking before visiting. Very inconvenient—think twice before visiting. My request to ABFRL(Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd.) is simple: please review this policy and provide customers with a proper offline payment option at the billing counter. Customers shouldn’t be forced to download an app just to complete a purchase.
