Nayan Optx

Do not try this store ever. I never imagined getting a spectacle made can get so troublesome. It took me an year of follow up and still they didn't resolve the issue. The store people will sound very convincing at the time of purchase but after that they don't care. No matter how many times you visit or call they'll always have an excuse. They're just going to check your patience very politely until you give up. I finally stopped trying when the owner took a u turn and said there is no issue. There's nothing they can do. I wish he said it earlier. I would have saved so much time and effort.

Service very fast thank you Nayan optx

I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase from Nayan Opix. The frame is sturdy and of great quality. The owner is welcoming and provides excellent service. Definitely worth a visit—must try!

The worst experience I have ever had at an optical shop. Their pricing is completely unfair and misleading. While showing frames, they quoted a lower price, but at the time of billing they suddenly increased the price of the same frame. This kind of practice is dishonest and unacceptable. Customers trust optical shops not only for quality but also for transparency, and this place failed on both. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

The service was excellent—staff were knowledgeable, patient, and helped me find the perfect pair of spectacles. The quality of the frames and lenses is top-notch, and they delivered on time. Highly recommended for anyone looking for stylish and comfortable eyewear!

"Very good service and good quality frames. Staff behavior is polite and helpful. Eye testing process was smooth. Recommended optical store.”

I stopped by Nayan Optics to get my old glasses repaired, and the service was excellent. Even though I wasn't buying anything new, the staff treated me with kindness. They quickly assessed the issue and got the repair done on the spot
