Very good after sales service. Nice experience

Loved their customer service. Right from entering the shop, you're greeted by a polite staff and with welcome drinks. They pay decent attention to you even if you are not spending that much (they have great offers too). One of the most impressing thing about them was they use modern technology - for measuring face shape while placing an order for specs, and even for eye testing. Such things add to customer experience and makes us want to come back again. Highly recommended!

1st experience was good but 2nd time experience is bad. Not satisfied with the final product. Product is not according to my requirements so I have to visit the shop repeat and repeat to make the changes which I want. This is part is so irritating.

Very bad service . They made serious blunder with my prescription a blunder of almost an entire power , causing me severe problems. They even give out defective lenses and frames and then blame the customer. I DO NOT recommend visiting this unless you wanna get scammed as they DO NOT even give warranty , so once you are out of the shop they won't do anything.

Excellent service. My usual specs was broken and the owner was able to provide a replacement quickly. He also personally delivered the specs to my place. Thank you for the excellent service. Well appreciated. Keep it up.
