अगर आंखों में नंबर नही होगा तो भी यह चश्मा पहना देंगे। यंहा आँख जांच कराने से अच्छा है किसी अच्छे Ophthalmologists को बताये।

Very bad experience.. My contact lenses was damaged twice within few months of purchase. I purchase it twice and there is no help from American Optics which is very disappointed.

Pathetic service & poor & low grade frames sold from their outlets.. I know these people buy frames from middle East for 100 & sell these for 500 here still the quality is so bad that recently I bought one for my mother & in just 15 days the ear handle broke.. When I went to the showroom as usual the total blame was put on customer.. If it was some other country or even vendor they would have changed it FOC.. I believed people shoukd stop buying stuffs from them as they are just minting money & opening more n more stores.. Wait for more reviews soon..

They can't make accurate specs as they are taking wrong PD from their software by clicking photos of people . It was a total waste of time and money and ye log refund bhi nahi karte he .Mistakes ye log Kare or paise logo ke barbaad ho And inka software or machine sab galat calculate karta he .If I had option of zero rating I would rate them zero.

Even though staffs are well behaved and makes you feel happy with flattering words, the lenses are non-reasonably over priced. When i requested for a proper bill, they rejected my request initially, But later gave it .

The staff is so annoying they do not want to sell it seems. Man is not ready to show the frames until I reveal my lense power. I wanted to see frames only not lenses . He started arguing . Best part it was sunday and no customer was there. That's why they ar reloading customer base. Will never go back.

Bahut bekar service he , they don't have technician in Annapurna branch, Kal aao, parso aao karke talked rehte he, ladies staff bhi thik se bat nahi karte, customer ko bolti he aap ghooth bol rahe ho. Jab bahut gusse me unko bola to boli ki hum kya kare, dukan chalti hi nahi he to owner ne sab kariger ,technician ko nikal diya isliye service ka problem he, bhulkar bhi koi yaha nahi Jane ka, price bhi bahut jyada he per service zero he.
