Govind Kreations

No comments on the quality of products etc because i haven't purchased anything. But what I would like to take a moment and talk about is this that i requested them for a video call (after they had suggested me this first but since I was out of station I had to request one at the last moment). I was really grateful and excited too as I was going to buy 4-5 items from their collection. I had already made up my mind. But during the video call they showed items and asked me to confirm right away which I obviously couldn't because I had a budget and I needed to stick to and get what I wanted or something that would match the janmashtami outfits. But they kept asking the same question and I requested them for like 2-5 mins after the call so that I can look through all the price and decide accordingly. But what happened at that moment was utterly disrespectful because a lady at the front probably the owner or someone was laughing at me and making gestures with her hand which I read as "just let it go". She was doing this to convey her reaction to the girl who was showing me the products. The girl who was showing me the products was also laughing as if it's the greatest joke of the year. I felt so insulted that i told them that if it's a problem for them to show then they can as well just let it go. They were reluctant, i felt like a burden. And even after that they laughed 2-3 times again! I was furious and hence I was done and later on even though I sent them the items list and pictures of which ones I wanted to buy, i deleted it right away because I was done. My only problem is this that a person can buy 1 item or maybe a 1000, as a business it's the duty to respect every customer. What is this behaviour to laugh at someone who is worried and just trying to find out the perfect item as per their choice, it's not like I wasn't going to pay.
