STAY10 Service apartment Hotel

Pathetic service provider in the hospitality sector. Staff members and owner are extremely rude and non copertaive. They by mistake given me a big room, and when my family got settled there, they asked us to change age the room. Since we were getting late for a trip and as there was no other booking for this room I requested them to get it done, once we come from temple. Owner initially agreed on it, but after 10 mins he sent a staff member, who humiliated us and said if you want to say in this room pay extra amount and then you can go. Not just this, they provide a very unhygienic break fast and keep telling people it is limited to one plate per person. A Poha plate and a piece of banana is limited? and for that you have charged 300 bucks. I would suggest not to book any room here. Travel group Family Rooms: 2 Service: 1 Location: 1

The environment was safe and secure. Kitchen in the apartment made it even more useful and attractive. Pet friendly and homely. Also, staff was really cooperative. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Nice place to stay with family. There is no noise pollution in this area. Rooms are also clean. Owner Mr. Anshul Gupta n all staffs are also helpful nature people. We enjoyed our visit

Its one of the great place to stay. charges is low and facility is very good as compare to other luxuries hotel. i stay here more than 3 day and they provide me good services as compare to the other hotel. dear all i strongly recommend those how come for business meeting or official work at indore come and stay in this hotel its peaceful and very very good environment for all of us.

Overall it was a bad experience. Firstly we got a dirty and bad room so we asked him to change it which he didn’t do on the same day. He provided another room on next day. Also, we finalised the room in the amount of 1,800 but at the time of check out he charged 2,500 per day and said that rates fluctuates on the daily basis. An excellent concept on commercial scale for the first time in Indore City. The property is very tastefully done with each apartment having individual balconies for every room and common living area, a well stocked kitchen and TV with HD channels. We recently took services of 'Stay10 Luxury Service Apartments' last week for a family wedding in Indore with majority of guests being from different destinations in India and Abroad. One of the major attractions of the property is its proximity to the city centre, major business hubs, hospitals and also POIs. The management team at Stay10 is well equipped to handle serviceable demands of guests at any point in time, and that too with a smile. The rooftop garden & patio for in-house guests is something one cannot miss in the evening, giving a prefect view of Indore's skyline. The property & services offered by the management deserve the highest recommendation..!! Thank you Stay10 for making our wedding celebration a memorable event for a lifetime.

PLACE RUN BY A BUNCH OF UNPROFESSIONAL PPL ! we booked their studio apartment and reached the place at 1.30 pm .They had given our room to some other guests despite the advance payment .We waited for some time and were still not given the rooms. At around 2.15 pm we told him to return our advance . After some time when we did not get the amount we did a follow up to which the reception guy started shouting at us .He even asked us to move out of the property . THEY had no manners whatsoever and sounded like extremely uneducated ppl shouting on their guests. We have seen many hotels with all kinds of services but this is undoubtedly the worst experience any guest can have at any hotel .

Nice idea. Was here as part of a marriage party, staying for two night. Easy to locate & direction boards available. Hotel can be accessed from two side. Lift available. Clean common area. Stayed in a two bedroom apartment. All rooms have AC. 1 bedroom is with attached bathroom & other being good common use. Both rooms are TV equipped with TV. Have few cutleries in kitchen, electric heater & Coffee maker. Spacious rooms each having wardrobe for storage.
