The location is excellent — well-connected to major parts of the city, yet tucked away enough to offer a peaceful environment. It's close to shops, restaurants, and local transportation, making it a convenient choice for both business and leisure travelers. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The furniture and amenities provided (like AC, TV, Wi-Fi, and kitchenette) made the stay very comfortable. I especially appreciated the small homely touches like neatly arranged essentials and a cozy vibe. Housekeeping services were regular and efficient. The staff is polite, cooperative, and attentive to guest needs. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth. They were prompt whenever we requested anything, which made the stay even more hassle-free. In terms of food, they offer basic meal options, and while the variety could be improved, the quality and taste were good. Alternatively, ordering from nearby restaurants is easy too. The pricing is reasonable considering the facilities, location, and service quality. It’s a great value-for-money option for families, solo travelers, or even long-term stays. Areas for Improvement: Better breakfast variety would be appreciated. A little more attention to soundproofing would make it even more peaceful for guests sensitive to noise. Our experience was worst at this place no proper service was given and once you start complaining about your problems the owner/manager start arguing with you and he has no manners to talk to customer we asked for extra coat and blanket from their service team they denied and when we told this situation to owner/manager he asked for proof😀 how stupid one owner can be (stay 10 = stay -10) never seen such low class owner/manager in service industry brfore… First of all holi ke din we were not drunk or fmly stay h toh mention kro or what you mean by you have seen and heard all out talks that means you have cameras hidden in rooms not it will be easy to talk action and pls send footage plzz 😀 Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1
