Personal experience review. The biggest wrong decision of my life, I went to this doctor for my skin and hair problem. I want to give a heartfelt suggestion to all of you. If you love you skin or your hair, please do not go to them at all. This doctor gave me very heavy dose medicines which made my skin even more rough and dull. She told me that you have white heads on skin, gave me medicine or said that you have to remove your white heads as soon as possible for that she charged 2500/- per sitting and you will have to take multiple sittings. Or if you say that I can’t afford very expensive. Her answer is shocking & scary too, she told that you are not going to remove it now, then you will ready for next 50 or 60 pimples on your skin. If after taking treatment from them for 1 month, 50 to 60 more pimples are going to appear on my skin, then why have I come to them? The day I took the Medicine , I went to return the medicine the next day, which we had not even opened, and she refused to return it. If you ask them about the bill, they will not even give the bill. They will say that bill is not given is our place. Still she is not taking medicines back. Totally waste of money.

Dr Atika ,I came with a patient and we had to wait outside for 15 minutes because no one was allowed inside the waiting area. The staff looked confused and kept calling you for what to do next. It all felt very unorganized and unprofessional. After waiting, we left and went to another doctor.Later, I saw many reviews saying the same thing. It’s disappointing that you call all negative reviews “misleading” instead of accepting the problem. Hope you take this feedback in good spirit and improve. Thanks for your reply. Just to clarify, I was there as a patient’s companion, not a delivery person. We had to wait outside for about 15 minutes because there was some confusion with your staff, which made the whole experience feel disorganized. I’m guessing your receptionist didn’t mention that we ended up leaving because of this. I hope you take this feedback in the right spirit and use it to improve things for others.
