I had a disappointing experience during my today’s visit. The saleswoman’s behavior was unprofessional — she seemed to judge customers based on their clothing and presumed purchasing power. I want to make it clear that customers have every right to try clothes and then decide whether or not to purchase them. I fully understand that undergarments cannot be tried for hygiene reasons, and I completely respect that. However, in this case, I was simply trying on a T-shirt, which is allowed. No customer should feel uncomfortable or judged for exercising their right to trial and make an informed purchase. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, as it directly impacts the overall shopping experience. Jockey, as a trusted and reputed brand, should ensure that the in-store experience reflects the same values of comfort, trust, and respect that the brand stands for.
I was attended by Mrs. Jyoti , she was very helpful throughout and very polite. Loved the experience
