I visited the store for frame alignment of my spectacles. I specifically requested an adjustment, but the staff member only cleaned the glasses and returned them without checking or aligning the frame. The staff was polite, but my actual concern was not addressed. I hope the team pays more attention to customer requests and provides the requested service before handing the spectacles back.

Always feel good experiance but on March I have recived big frame which is very uncomfortable for me but on 4th Sept 2026 fit very good

I recently visited a Titan Eye Plus store to purchase spectacles, and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I was assisted by Shivani Jaiswal, and her behavior was extremely unprofessional and careless. It clearly felt like she had no interest in helping me. Even after asking multiple times about product prices and which options would suit me, I did not receive proper answers or guidance. Her attitude made me feel very uncomfortable, as if she was doing me a favor instead of assisting a genuine customer. This kind of rude and uninterested behavior is completely unacceptable. What makes it more disappointing is that I have been purchasing spectacles from Titan Eye Plus for a long time, and I had strong trust in the brand. But after this experience, I honestly don’t feel the same level of trust anymore. Management seriously needs to take action and improve staff behavior, otherwise loyal customers like me will stop visiting.

She patiently listened to every detail and thoroughly explained how progressive lenses work and how the right fitting and lens selection can make a significant difference. Despite our hesitation, she confidently assured us that this time the experience would be much better and that we would not face the same issues again. Trusting her expertise and confidence, we decided to go ahead with the progressive lenses. Today, I am happy to say that we are extremely satisfied with the spectacles. My mother is comfortable using them, and the overall experience has been smooth and pleasant. The entire credit goes to Ruchika Ji for her professionalism, knowledge, patience, and customer-centric approach. Her guidance and confidence helped us make the right decision.
