Nice experience of purchasing at titan eye +

The staff members are very polite and humble. They are always ready to serve you with their facilities and a big advantage is their after sales services that's what a customer expects during the purchasing of the goods. They also had a wide range suitable for everyone. Please visit to have a nice experience.

Very disappointed with this store. The spectacles are of poor quality and not durable at all. On top of that, the staff is unprofessional and lacks basic customer service skills. Instead of addressing issues, they insisted we give them a 5-star rating, which is completely undeserved. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

Such a grate place for excellent collection of many luxurious band like montblanc Tom Ford Michael kors swarovski Gucci and many more. And also very knowledgeable and polite staff. Highly recommended 👍.

We had a delightful experience at the Titan Eye Plus store on Racecourse Road, Indore, while shopping for a pair of spectacles and sunglasses. From the moment we stepped in, we felt genuinely welcomed and well looked after. A special word of appreciation for Mr Nihal, who attended to us with remarkable politeness, patience and professionalism. He was quick to grasp our requirements and guided us thoughtfully in selecting the most suitable lenses and frames. His approach was not just efficient but also warm and empathetic — making the whole experience feel personal and pleasant. It’s rare to come across someone who blends technical knowledge with such a human touch. The store itself is well-equipped, tastefully laid out, and offers a wide range of stylish frames and sunglasses to choose from. Being located in a prime area, it's easily accessible, and what truly sets it apart is the wonderful staff and skilled technicians who make customer care their priority. Thanks to Mr Nihal and the team, we left the store not just satisfied, but genuinely happy with our purchase and experience. Highly recommended!

Review: I recently visited the Titan Eye Plus showroom near Race Course Road and had a very disappointing experience. The staff’s behavior was unprofessional and unhelpful, which completely ruined my visit. I expected better service from a reputed brand like Titan, but this outlet truly let me down. Definitely not recommended — I’ll never visit this branch again.
