At store experience is not good because i went to lenskart to order glasses and second time went for pickup order both time i want to change my old glasses buds but staff do not do it and telling that their no one staff to change buds come later

Recently I purchased my specs from C21 Lenskart store the staff members are nice and polite, they have wide variety of frames and their free eye test is cherry on the top but it is bit costlier and waiting time for receiving the product is also more, apart from it overall experience was great.

I’m really disappointed with my experience. I bought a pair of spectacles from this company, and although they looked fine at first, the frame ended up breaking after just 8–9 months of normal use. I take good care of my glasses, so this was really frustrating, especially considering the price. I expected them to last much longer. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend their frames based on my experience.
