Very poor customer handling, unprofessional youngsters hired by them who are busy in their gossips, late delivery always, worst place to visit especially their Saket shop

⭐ 1 Star – Very Disappointing Experience I visited Rama Optics to buy a new pair of glasses, but the overall experience was very poor. Initially, the staff named palak asked me to choose a frame and then insisted on doing an eye test even after I told them my power (-0.25). They did not inform me about the ₹200 testing charge beforehand, which felt misleading. After selecting a frame, they quoted ₹2100, which is quite expensive for a student. After negotiating, they reduced it to ₹1700. They asked me to pay ₹200 as testing fees, saying it would be adjusted later, but they did not provide any receipt or proof of payment. The next day, when I went to collect my glasses, the behavior of the staff was extremely rude. They spoke loudly, did not handle the situation professionally, and suddenly told us that you have to pay 50% advance, which was never mentioned earlier. When I tried to discuss the issue calmly, they kept shouting and told me to “do whatever you want.” Overall, very unprofessional service, hidden charges, no receipt, and extremely rude behavior. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Amazing variety, never seen anywhere. Be it specs, sunglasses or goggles. They provide good quality fit and finish, with collections suitable for each category.

Very bad experience. Me and my friend visited a week ago. We selected a frame, and my friend clearly told them his power (+0.25 in both eyes). Without informing us that it was chargeable, a female staff member did an eye test in the name of “verification.” After selecting everything, we waited but were not given any proper slip. They said the test charge would be adjusted later. They also promised the lenses would be ready the next day. We returned after some days later due to busy on work, and the staff behaved rudely. They first ignored us, then said no advance was paid, and finally responded loud "karlo jo karna ho" ,rude and disrespectfully when questioned. Unprofessional service, lack of transparency, and very poor customer handling. Not recommended.
