Verry nice experience shope owner is verry friendly and the prices is verry genuine
Extremely poor service. The shop owner and staff are rude, arrogant, and misbehave with customers. They have zero customer-handling skills and provide misleading information. Prices are unclear and service quality is pathetic. There are many better mobile shops—avoid this one.
Extremely poor service. The shop owner (aged bw 26-30) and staff is rude, arrogant, and misbehave with customers . He theaten me too. Even he must be investigated !!!They have zero customer-handling skills and provide misleading information. Prices are unclear and service quality is pathetic. In these days respect matters more than anything. There are many better mobile shops—absolutely avoid this one.
I had a very bad experience with New Shiv Mobile Shop, Bholaram Ustad Marg, Indore. I went there for display/glass repair of my OPPO A59 5G, but during repair my original display got damaged. After repair, a duplicate display was installed while claiming it was original. I later got the phone checked at an authorized OPPO service center, where written verification regarding touch/display fault after market opening was provided. The issue was not resolved properly even after informing the shopkeeper. Customers should be careful before repairing expensive phones here.
