This hotel will ask you for money by telling you that we are going through low traffic. This is the worst kind of service I have ever seen in my life. They will say it is same rate in all indore. Staff were cordial but rooms allotted was congested, foods was also fine and the best part was location Trip type Vacation Travel group Friends Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 5 Walkability For me it was easy to get autos, bus and also I was in search of girls hostel so there was so many options available. Pathetic. Fraud people. I am from Mumbai and had paid 100% money in advance through OYO and booked 3 rooms for my family. When we reached they denied booking. Vijay Nagar Indore police helped me and took this people for ride. MP police rocks

Hotel was Clean and havinG SPacious Rooms. BathRooms were also clean. Hotel Staff was verY CoOPerative. Room Service was Quick. Price for earlY check-in is 200/- for each Room. AmPle ParkinG is available in front of Hotel. I will recommend this Hotel to others.

we did advance booking 3-4days earlier but when we reach hotel the manager gave us brainless answer that we were overbook and we dont have any room and after few arguments they change their statement whole blame put on online booking website. so plz think twice before booking this hotel. online name is "oyo 479 townhouse" To Management hotel, dont reply that it was not hotel fault and put blame on online booking website. When already your all rooms were booked still you are accepting advance booking.

UNPROFESSIONALISM=PINETREE It was my second time visiting the property but at least last time i was lucky to get a room this time i already before my arrival as i was going to do early check-in i asked property manager whether i can come or not and they asked me to come after my arrival they denied of having any room later on after discussion conclusion was they will provide me the room but will charge early check-in i said ok no issues although mistake was made totally from their end but still and after filling the form one of thier employee told me no we won't won't be able to provide you with a room..... really pathetic place for stay it better to stay in nahargarh very better room much experienced staff atleast they know what they are doing and how they are suppose to entertain any customer.
