Having recently experienced this property for the first time, I found it to be newly established, with exceptionally spacious rooms that were fully equipped with all necessary amenities. The culinary offerings were delightful, and the breakfast buffet presented a wide array of choices. Furthermore, the property boasts a large swimming pool, a well-equipped gym, and several dining establishments. The staff members were notably courteous and friendly. Overall, my stay was truly enjoyable, and I would certainly consider revisiting in the future. **DETAILED REVIEW** We had gone here for lunch, so the review only talks about the food and quality of the restaurant (buffet; pure veg preference) 🟢 Positive: -The location of the hotel is great, just opposite Phoenix Citadel -The construction of this hotel is beautiful. Because of its architecture there's a panel for the wind flow, so it's very pleasant to sit there and very windy - The behaviour of the staff is very warm and welcoming -The servers are very attentive and considerate about specifications -Food quality was good -The beverages were great -It was very scenic and photograph worthy 🔴 Negatives -The taste of the food was very okay okay -We felt as if the veg fried rice had been made in the same pan as the egg fried rice, it smelled and tasted that way -Very costly (duh) Overall : It was a lovely experience in the context of the place and chilling, but a bad experience in the context of the food. I have been to the place in gathering. I liked the ambience but the food could have been better. The believe the waiters were over occupied. There might have long shifts as they were tired and could be clearly seen on their faces. Though they kept smile on their faces and served us well. Hats off to their dedication.
