Hotel O by OYO Sudipti Resort

No parking facility available. It's only for unmarried couple for 1/2 hours. In room The TV didn’t work. No proper clean rooms. Finyl smells everywhere. No soap and other bathroom basics available. Bedsheet smelling bed. Staff also talking with bad language. And if you book with Oyo app ....after your reaching they says that rooms not available. And charged extra for very bad rooms. I stayed there for a couple of nights but they didn't change the bedsheet, Not a single hanger in the room to hang the clothes, Dish TV not available in the room, They do not provide toilet soap and Bath towel also, the bed sheet was dirty and Big cracked, The staff behaviour was good & friendly. Staff are very not cooperative with person. They take money only. From early morning we have wated outside the hotel and they denyed from room before early booking in morning. Now oyo customer care said that apka amount refund nahi hoga and talking very badly with us. I complain against them in consumer court. There is only fraud by oyo to earn money. Everything is fake. The rooms were not clean, and the bedsheets were dirty. Despite asking for towels and water multiple times, the staff failed to provide them. Due to this, we didn’t bother requesting a change of bedsheets again. The staff was rude and unprofessional. They demanded an additional ₹300 to allot the room, even though I had already made the payment through Agoda. They refused to acknowledge the amount I had paid. Since I checked in late and was traveling with my wife, they took advantage of the situation. They gave me an ultimatum to either take a refund or pay the extra ₹300. Considering it was December 31, they were clearly trying to extort more money.
