Very disappointing experience. I was looking to book two Deluxe Rooms, which were showing as available on all major booking platforms as well as the hotel’s own website at around ₹950 per room. However, when we reached the hotel, the staff refused to provide the rooms and instead insisted that we book an Executive Room for ₹1,600 and pay an additional ₹500 per person for extra mattresses. The staff behavior was rude and unprofessional. There seemed to be no clear policies, and it felt like they were simply trying to extract more money from guests. The room did not even include basic amenities such as complimentary water bottles. In the morning, there was no water supply, and it was restored only after nearly 2 hours of repeated complaints. What made the experience even worse was that room availability was still being shown on all booking platforms and the hotel’s own website. I have attached screenshots as proof. Despite this, the hotel tried to force my entire family into a single room while demanding extra charges.
