The hotel rooms & ambience is decent as it's newly built, however this itself is a con too- the staff isn't trained at all yet and is naive, ignorant & unprofessional to say the least. I had booked hourly stay along with overnight stay through Make My Trip. However, the staff is unaware of this facility offered by their hotel itself on MMT! Checking out experience was the worst! I had booked CP plan, however the receptionist kept on asking me for (complimentary) breakfast's charges. When I showed him my booking on MMT app, he called his colleagues and after 10 mins, they finally agreed that my plan had breakfast included - their excuse for this mess up was that they are new on MMT. The peak of unprofessional behaviour by the front desk operator was when he called his colleague and asked to check him my room and asked me to wait till the confirmation is received from him (that I haven't stolen or damaged their articles in room). Obviously every hotel checks rooms before checkout, as they should, however there's a decent & discreet way to do it as opposed to this unprofessional & discomforting way! The staff needs grooming & training so bad! I hope the management takes this review positively and takes constructive steps for training their receptionists. Rooms: 3 Service: 1 Location: 2

Best hotel experience of my life so far. I had an excellent stay at Phoenix Hotel. All the facilities provided by the hotel are outstanding, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. In my opinion, Phoenix Hotel is one of the best hotels in Indore. Rooms in the hotel are properly arranged and neat,they provide you will all the necessary services you need and the overall experience and taste of food is good.Though the rooms can be more spacious,which will be a extra plus point for the hotel. Excellent hotel with great value for money. The rooms are very clean, and the staff is extremely polite and cooperative. I accidentally left my belongings in the room after checkout, but the staff contacted me and ensured everything was safely returned. Truly honest and professional service. Highly recommended! I had a great stay at Hotel Phoenix, Vijay Nagar. The property is in a very good location with easy access to nearby places. The staff were polite, helpful, and always spoke courteously.
