It was the worst experience I’ve ever seen i had paid 500/- rupees extra and in online the price was showing 389/- and after that when I reached to the hotel,hotel staff was asking to pay 500/- rupees extra, will never ever recommend to any one for oyo Flagship 77205 Indore .. इससे थर्ड क्लास होटल कन्हीं नहीं देखा । स्टाफ बहुत प्राउडी और नॉन सपोर्टिव है, वैसा ही मैनेजमेंट है। रूम में पानी बॉटल पहुंचाने तक में इनको दिक्कत है । सुबह की चाय तक नहीं देते हैं। रात में खाना देने को भी मना कर देते हैं। कृपया अपने किसी दोस्त, साथी को इस हॉटल में रुकने की सलाह न दें। इंदौर का सबसे खराब होटल है । Food & drinks पीने के लिए पानी तक नहीं देते, मॉर्निंग टी का तो भूल ही जाइए, शाम को जब आप थके हारे होटल में घुसेंगे, तो न चाय, न पानी, न रात्रि का खाना । कुछ भी होटल का स्टाफ लाने के लिए आप को मना कर देता है । कृपया इस होटल में न रुकें ।

Nice staff,Good location, Good and spacious rooms, AC,TV and water supply all satisfactory. Manager Piyush Ji was very supportive. Overall nice experience.

Hotel owner booking ke bad bhi 70 rs GST ke name pr alg se leta he or pani ke liye bhi pese dena pde vo alg charge . I think booking me GST include hoti he kyuki isse phle kisi oyo hotel me alg se iska charge nhi dena pda or at least pani to free hi hota he sb jgh .

Worst hotel plz avoid going there refuse to give checkin owner was very rude never ever go there i prebooked this hotel then too they deny to guve rooms because of some issue with oyo they told me u booked it for less price so sorry we cant give when i complained to owner he said jo karna hai karlo Room nahi milega so avoid such cheap hotels which use oyo name to get customers but failed to deliver what oyo stands for poorly maintained property with illetrate front staff Trip type Business Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

Very nice... neat and clean... friendly staff...couldnt taste the food bcz of lock down here... will surely select next time too. The only thing l want to suggest is to keep a small table in the room for having food. Also recharge your cable connection.

Average, खर्च किए पैसे के अनुरूप सुविधा नहीं,रूम सर्विस,चाय पानी जैसी साधारण सुविधा उपलब्ध नहीं,stay के दोरान breakfast,tea का agoda द्वारा चार्ज लिया गया किन्तु उपलब्ध नहीं कराया,agoda द्वारा 1 दिन के 1378 लिए गए वहीं उसी दिन इसी होटल में oyo द्वारा मात्र 711 रुपये में रूम उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा था agoda से book कराने के कारण सैम होटल के एक दिन में 667 रुपये ज्यादा देने पड़े केवल चाय के लिए सुबह उठते ही चौराहे पर जाना पड़ा,यहां stay के लिए किए गए चार्ज से कम चार्ज मैं दूसरी कई बेह्तरीन जगह उपलब्ध है

Nice place to stay good and comfortable environment as well as staff behaviour is very nice although they support you in all terms and conditions regarding checkin and check out as well as Manager ( Mr. Piyush uatwal Ji ) behaviour was very polite and humble, no doubts in anything you can go for stay very easily, Just tried once. Images shown are big lie when you experience this place. This place must not have tariff more than ₹400-500. Hotel manager ask everyone how much they have paid for the bookings even if you have prepaid bookings via OYOrooms. OYO and hotel manager are running scams by putting its rating higher and customer feel cheated once they reach there. Dirty and smelly linen, torn pillows, dirty washroom, wet towel, everything was horrible. They are not even maintaining routine checklist. Last but not least, ATTITUDE of hotel staff. They should learn some soft skills and hospitality ethics.

Stay away if you are a family. Period. Rooms are dirty Washrooms are even more dirty. No exhaust and very congested. Mosquitoes and Small Cockroaches are everywhere in the room Bedsheets are not neat Despite pre booking, they delayed our admission. Worst Management.
