FabHotel Imperial Regency

I was there from 27th July 2026 to 31st July 2026, hotel is in renovation , still not completed, room is not painted, about break fast they dont have any choice only serve tea, two silce bread and aloo paratha, and mention break fast free, also no proper menu for room service food, staff is good but overall my experince was not at all good, nor recommend untill the hotel complete entire renovation. bad Rooms: 2 Service: 3 Location: 2

Staff was great… hotel was okay but it took us 40 min just to get the location correct as the entrance is too small to be noticed… and mmt didn’t have correct location Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 3

The Hotel is running under the brand of FabHotel... the hotel dont have the required facilities. Once power cut there is no option for even to charge a mobile phone. Hot water also not available once the power cut. They dont provide water with complementary breakfast. The breakfast is as per the hotel's choice. FabHotel must review if the hotel maintain the minimum standards. The online booking platforms also check before suggesting such hotel. Its very disappointing. One check out you need to come down through stairs with your own luggage. Rooms and washroom are not maintained properly..staff are helpful...but there is only two fellows attand so many customers...tea and food also very bad... Rooms: 1 Service: 3 Location: 5

But I would only suggest to keep the option breakfast for every day from the check in time till check out time... Because here I checked in early at 9.30am I was charged extra money of 300/- for that and when I asked for breakfast even that was charged saying breakfast is only included for one day...I was given no written bill or mail anything... But overall experience was good. Extremely disappointing experience with FabHotel. Before making the booking, I discussed every detail in advance with the booking representative, including the room, pricing, number of guests, and my specific requirements. I even asked them to confirm everything with their manager before proceeding. After confirmation, I completed the booking and paid the advance amount. However, when we reached the hotel, the receptionist informed us that there were issues with the room, pricing, and guest details—exactly the things that had already been discussed and confirmed beforehand. To make matters worse, the person who handled my booking stopped responding completely. He neither answered my calls nor replied to my messages when I needed assistance. This is extremely unprofessional and reflects very poor customer service. We pre-booked the hotel so that we could check in and rest immediately after arriving, not stand at the reception for over an hour trying to contact someone and resolve issues that should never have existed in the first place. This situation caused unnecessary inconvenience, frustration, and wasted time. At the very least, there should be basic courtesy to respond to a customer when they are facing a problem. I had already clarified everything in advance, so this kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before booking here. If you value your time and want a hassle-free experience, there are much better options available. Very disappointed with the way this booking was handled. Very Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended for Families My experience at this hotel was quite poor and disappointing. The response from the staff was extremely cold and unwelcoming. Most of the time, there was no one available at the reception to attend to guests. This made even basic requests inconvenient and frustrating. The hotel is located on the 3rd floor of an unattractive commercial complex, and the only access is via a lift from the ground floor, which does not create a good first impression. The rooms are just about okay, nothing exceptional. However, basic amenities were missing: No kettle in the room Only one towel provided No toiletries What made things worse is that the geyser and AC are controlled from the reception. You have to request them to switch it on — but since no one is usually present at reception, this becomes a major inconvenience. Although a notice at reception clearly states that outside food is not allowed, there was hardly anyone in the kitchen to serve food promptly. Tea was acceptable, but the food quality was poor. Overall, this hotel is definitely not suitable for family travel. I would strongly advise others to look for better options. A big NO from my side.

Extremely Poor Experience – Not Recommended Very disappointing stay and one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room was poorly maintained, the bed was uncomfortable, there was no electricity, and cockroaches were present. The basic hygiene and facilities were nowhere near acceptable. What made it worse was the extremely poor service. Despite informing the staff about the problems, there was no proper response or urgency to resolve them. For the amount charged, this level of service and maintenance is completely unacceptable. I regret choosing this hotel and would definitely not recommend it to anyone. Extremely Disappointing Absolutely the worst hotel experience. The bed was in terrible condition, there was no electricity, and there were cockroaches in the room. The basic cleanliness and maintenance were completely unacceptable. The service was extremely poor, and the staff did not seem concerned about resolving the issues. A hotel should at least provide basic hygiene, electricity, a decent bed, and proper service — none of that was provided here. Very disappointing and definitely not worth the money.
