OYO Hotel Sunrise

Worst hotel ever, its a oyo hotel and they are hiding it. The rooms are dirty and filthy, they tried to put cover on the dirty pillows. There is no proper water supply. If you see the picture, its simply a trick photography. The receptionist dont have manners. Never fall into this kind of hotel Travel group Family Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 2

It has small reception area. Only male attendants were present. Lift was working. There was good bed and linen. Bathroom was clean and neat with shampoo, body wash and hand wash let quid. They provided 2 towel and drinking water.

This hotel is absolutely rubbish. I would not suggest anyone to check in to this hotel. Rooms are not cleaned, geyser is not working, washroom height is 5ft 10 inches so it someone is 6ft he would not be able to use the washroom. It has Damp all over the room and i realise I was having tea and suddenly paint from the sealing land into my tea. Go for another hotel but not this one if you want to make your stay good and better.

The most vulger hotel what I have seen in Indore. The rooms are pathetic. The owner and the staff does not has kind respect towards their guest. Its very similar to a kotha where the owner is been drunked in evening and asks for more price than the standard rack rates. Do not recommend to stay at this hotel.

Worst hotel ever i have stayed in my entire life ...the rudest staff ever ...the condition of the rooms was pathetic...it was very dirty .....rooms didn't even had a water bottle.......the bedsheets had stain on them ....the condition of the bathroom was even worse than a public toilet.......there was not proper water supply and there was tobacco spitt behind the sinks and the compot ......the hotel didn't even had soaps....they gave us packets of shampoos when we asked for soap ......no lift was there and no telephone in the room for room service

Very bad experience, our whole mood was spoiled after the behaviour of staff very rude staff and no helper was available to take the luggage to our rooms ....also very very dirty rooms and washrooms, water was not available in washrooms Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms: 1 Rooms Very bad rooms, rooms are filled with dust and there is no staff available only 1 person is there who is very rude... washrooms were also not clean

Worst experience ever. .....i would prefer staying in a dharamshala rather staying in this hotel ....the staff is very rude and does not know how to behave with their guests .....my whole mood got spoiled. .....the rooms were dirty and the bedsheets had holes in them........ the rooms used by the staff and not even cleaned after it........i would have given them negative stars if i could.....i would definitely not recommend this hotel

The worst ever hotel of india I can. I booked the rooms online but after reaching there the staff denied me check-in stating rooms are full but if you will pay 500rs extra we will provide you room. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1
