I booked this hotel after seeing the reviews and photos but it's not that good. I would rate it below than average. If your budget is 1500+ you will find many better options. I went to Indore for a visit. The room they have give me I think they were using it before for themselves. This room was different from other rooms. The water geyser was not working, I had to call them for service they opened the geyser and repair the wiring. Second problem was the electric door lock, it was not getting lock from outside and was opening by handle lock. Again I had to call the room service and they told that some issue with lock. So I had to push the lock handle down and up once from inside before locking the door while going out and while opening I had use the room card. Due to all this issues I was late for interview. When I came back from interviews I tried to turn on AC as I was tried and it was feeling hot as the rain stopped and scorching heat outside, AC was not turning ON.... I didn't inform to room service guy as I had to catch bus and was in hurry to check out. The location though is very much close to the IT park as I didn't used any bike or cab to visit there, I walk for hardly 10 mins to visit IT park. The rooms at Posada are not well kept. We stayed for 3 nights but the bedsheets were never changed, new towels weren’t kept, the bathroom Bulb was not working for which they sent their staff to fix twice however it still didn’t work. We had use the washroom in the dark using flashlights. For rooms like these they charge 1500 per night in which anyone will get a better room with better services. Coming to their rooftop, the food is average but the quantity is really really less for the price they charge. The only thing good about the Hotel is the location is it at. I had a wonderful experience. The staff was very polite and helpful, the service was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. The amenities were also good.
