There was some electricity issue at my residence and the Electricity Department officials informed me that it will get fixed in a day or so. We did not want to stay in dark, so we decided to check-in at a hotel nearby and return once the electricity problem gets fixed. I searched for some hotels nearby and came across Hotel Shree Ram Palace. It is also a property endorsed by OYO under the name of Silverkey (45844). We went through reviews and images and decided to give it a try and it was worth it. The accessibility was not at all a challenge and we reached easily. We parked our four wheeler comfortably and stepped inside. The reception area was well-decked and the staff members at the reception were full of warmth and were courteous. We explained our requirement and they let us check-in. The usual check-in time of the hotel is 12 noon and check-out time is 11 a.m., but after listening to our concern, they allotted room to us half an hour prior. There are six staff members who stay on the campus and are highly dedicated and fully devoted. I expressed my concern about cleanliness and sanitizing, though the room was flawlessly clean and neat. The staff members humbly informed us they carry our fog sanitization process after every check-out. We change linens and get the room thoroughly cleaned after every check-out. It was a great relief. The room allotted to us was nice. We took a triple occupancy room where there was a double bed and a mattress acting as the third bed. The room size was decent and the washroom was clean and smelled fresh which is most important to me. The tariff is highly reasonable and it seemed that it was an amazing deal. There are 18 rooms in total and some have double occupancy and some have triple occupancy arrangement. The rooms were well-appointed and nicely done. All are Wi-Fi enabled classic rooms with airconditioner, television, geyser fully fitted and operational. It is a five storey building with basement included which houses Banquet Hall. There is a fully operational lift, automatic Generator set, twenty four hour water supply. We turned hungry during the lunch time and placed an order for lunch. They serve vegetarian and non-vegetarian North Indian delicacies and some selected Chinese dishes as well. The presentation, quality, quantity of food and taste were great and it was served in our room. What was amazing was the fact that the rates were highly reasonable. I saw that in some of the rooms, they have given an arrangement of a small pantry where you may prepare your fresh tea or some light snacks, but that is purely out of choice. The breakfast gets prepared by 8.00 a.m. and the kitchen stays operational till 11.00 p.m., however, if there are kids, the staff ensures that they fulfill the requirements of the families at any odd hour as well. The staff members informed me that we may even get rooms decorated beautifully and artistically at highly reasonable charges to celebrate any special occasion in a close knit group of four to five members. However, only three may stay at night. Others either have to leave or have to book another room. The ambience was great and the vibes were positive. The Banquet Hall in the basement can be booked to celebrate any important occasion and it may accommodate around 50-60 guests. The hotel arranges for in-house decoration and catering. Though it is an establishment which is only three years old, but they do every bit which is client-friendly and has a genuine human touch and care. Great show!

Rooms were not clean. There were alcohol bottles found in room after checkin. Only 1 towel provided for 2 people. After request they provided. This place is not properly maintained. BD smell everywhere and the rooms are not clean. Curtains are full of food stains and pillow covers are dirty. Okay for a quick 1 night halt but overpriced for what you get. Food menu in the room is useless because they charge you more anyways. Reason was that they have a different menu (which they couldn’t show us) and forgot to replace it.

It's one of those shady places, rooms are very gross. Although we were gone sort of upgrade by hotel but to be honest other rooms are made for some other purpose instead of staying there. Talking about room, washroom's exhaust fan throws air from resturant to your bed room 😂. Asked for towels they were strained and full of hair. Bedsheets were torne from places and obviously hair is something loved by them. Hygeine is a word these guys don't believe in. Very bad behaviour of owner Mr Devendra of this hotel shre ram palace. 5 senior citizens were with us and Lift was not working and they gave room to third floor. While asking for the same, staff is saying it will start in half an hour bt it didn't started during our whole stay i.e 2 days. After insisting with hotel staff they gave 2 rooms on ground floor and 2 on 1st floor next day but there also flush and jet of washroom were not working. Though it was a budget stay but minimum requirements must be ensured. While complaining about the same to the owner Mr Devendra he was not all concerned about this, his only reply was "k paise Dene k time to kamiya bataoge hi" and he even scolded his staff for not taking money in advance and told that he will deduct the amount from their salary. I booked Room Online with this property after finalized Room facilities and Charges, but after reached here on check in Time they provide us Big Size Room on same price as we discussed before 2 day's, they didn't any charged me extra for Big Size Room. Room condition was pathetic. Hairs of previous female travelers all over the floor. In the Eve, there were fight going on among different guests and hotel management was unable to control making it unsafe for families and female travelers.
