The hotel was very nice, clean and neat. The staff were very polite and friendly especially Prachi. Only one thing about the hotel was the rooms are too small. Nothing else is bad, all is good. Food is great. Very nice concept and execution was very worked out well. Welcome drinks and tabletop football game were the things I liked the most. I had a fantastic experience during my recent check-in at Ginger Hotel Indore. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming right from the start, and the hotel has a really good ambience. While the rooms are compact, they are extremely well-maintained and spotless—exactly what you need in a budget-friendly business hotel. "Pathetic hotel service with a rude receptionist. We booked a Queen Bed room, and the hotel happily accepted the upfront payment. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist started playing a helpless act, claiming the room was unavailable. There was no manager available to even discuss why they were declining to provide the room we had already booked. What a complete waste of time and a spoiled experience."

Terrible choice for accommodation. Rooms are unbelievably small. Even after repeated calls, staff did not provide towels or toiletries. Water supply stopped at midnight and no one responded.
