Very good hotel. The only problem is that the room size is very small and it's really difficult to accommodate a child above 10 years of age. They may improve themselves by putting a full size i.e 6 by 6 mattress on the bed instead of putting two mattresses on the bed in those rooms where a child is accompanied. Staff is very courteous and polite. Service levels are also good, requests were actioned in no time. Bathroom had a foul sewage smell, almost unbearable. Last night, there were frequent power trips, guest elevator was not working, had to climb 6 floors up and down. Prachi, Yasmin ans other reception staff were fantastic.

I recently stayed at Ginger Hotel Indore and had a highly disappointing experience. The staff's attitude was unprofessional, and they failed to provide proper responses to even basic inquiries, leaving me feeling unwelcome and frustrated. The services offered were substandard, far below expectations, and certainly not worth the money charged. The rooms were shockingly small, making it uncomfortable to move around or relax. Additionally, the quality of the bed linens was poor, appearing neither clean nor well-maintained, which further diminished the overall experience. Considering the lack of professionalism, inadequate service, and poor room quality, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It does not offer value for money and falls short of even basic hospitality standards. A complete waste of time and resources." Ram Chandra & Dharmendra... I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ginger. The staff was incredibly hospitable, ensuring a comfortable experience throughout. The food service was excellent, with delicious meals served promptly. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping the rooms and common areas spotless. The hotel itself was well-maintained, and the facilities were impressive. Overall, a great stay with excellent service. Highly recommended!
