I stayed here for a week and service and hospitality of Ginger Indore is nice. Their staff is welcoming and very friendly in approach. Restaurant 32 min is specially curated for guests with buffet and specialized dishes. Special thanks to Mr. Ashok Prajapati for his good service. I recently stayed at your hotel Room no. 129(under the name of ajaysinh zala) and had a disappointing experience. The room was very small (about 10x10), the mattress was uncomfortable, no wifi as was not able to fix connection, and the washroom was literally tiny—there wasn’t enough space to take a proper bath, and there were insufficient exhaust facilities. Additionally, building structure was confusing as there were 3 floors, but the lift didn’t provide options for floors 1 to 4. Please address these issues to improve guest experience. I booked a room for one night. The small size made me feel a bit suffocated after just three hours. However, the service and cleanliness were excellent, and I appreciated the hospitality. Disturbing experience during entire night due to horn and busy road- tight closed window panes didn't help.
