I would recommend this place because the food here is nice and less spicy. The cleanliness was on point by housekeeping staff Ajay and Arvind. The location is good. Ashok ji took care of everything we ordered. The staff is really polite and the service is good. I deducted one star only because the room was small. just as we thought There is nothing special, room service is done carelessly, human hair was found in our food ,But Instant Staff Change Food, And rooms little bit small, We travelled 40 kilometres because of Ginger's name We came here after travelling from, there were many hotels near us but we choose this one, but our experience was some bad. But not much. And the breakfast was excellent with lots of variety which was nice. Very centrally located place... it's just above the showroom, Shopper's stop so convenient for shopping too. As this is a business hotel so fancy services are not provided, but very neat and clean hotel. Breakfast layout is good... special mention of their staff in the restaurant, they are very polite and really good at their job. Buffet dinner was also available at very reasonable price. I had good food here and a great stay here. We had to wait long in the restaurant for dinner, which the crew has to work a bit. The Ambience was good. The Rooms were properly maintained. The WiFi wasn't great but however they had better plans where you have to pay accordingly. Also, the common restroom needs more cleanliness and provision. Thank you for having us.

Paid ₹4500 and got a room the size of a home bathroom — extremely small and suffocating. All room types (Standard, Deluxe, Luxe) are the same tiny size, so don’t get fooled.
