I stayed with family for 3 nights and it was good ! After booking we got confirmation call about arrival time and they made all efforts to allot multiple rooms together though the hotel was full. We checked in at midnight and Jitu Pal quickly checked in us. 1) it is child friendly place and has some games like foosball in reception area 2) food was food and service is quick . Breakfast spread was good. 3) nicely located on AB road and Auto is available anytime 4) we used travel desk for trip to Ujjain and service was good! Overall recommended for family stay at Indore . Ginger Indore is located on the A.B Road , Indore. Ginger hotel is 4.1km from the Indore railway station while 12.5 km away from the airport. Rickshaw takes Rs.80 to Rs.150 from railway station to Ginger hotel From airport cost is around Rs.300 to Ginger Hotel. Reception is on 5th Floor, Limited car parking is available. We did early check-in to our room and Muskaan at the reception helped us with a smile 😊.. really appreciate her support Rooms are decent enough. We stayed in the Standard Room. Room service staff was polite and helpful. Room cleaning was done regularly. The room was clean, a small fridge was provided, In room amenities - 2 Bisleri bottles of 500 ml each with tea, coffee, sugar sachet, though it would have been great if Nescafe coffee sachet were provided (personal choice). Menu card rates are different when you order in room service (5 - 10% additional) than having your delicious meal at the dining area of the hotel. Breakfast was inclusive in our package. Salad, Fruit Juices, Fruit and there were quite a few options for breakfast while Dosa and Egg varieties were served at the table. White and Brown Bread was not so soft and the cakes were too sweet and not much variety though. On the whole breakfast was tasty, served hot . Dal khichdi ordered for dinner was simply superb.Rice was soft mixed with yellow toor dal.l Chicken Tikka was not so juicy and tender. Ola and Uber operate here and rickshaw are easily available. There is Gurudwara across the road, It's worth a visit in case you have time. Ginger Hotel is located behind the Shoppers Stop outlet. There are a couple of Cafe joints near the signal, 500 meters away from the hotel. There are Malls, Moti Mahal Restaurant in the near vicinity. Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 4

It's good small quite hotel with mainly corporate people staying here. We had breakfast and Dinner here. They offer customized food too which is good when we are out in different states. Rooms were very small but well maintained. Services are good, but few staffs are very strict in follow the hotel rules. Location was good, just behind of the shopperstop mall in the AB Road. Very good hotel. Cleanliness is excellent. Breakfast spread was on point. Housekeeping is very prompt. Especially housekeeping staff Dharmendra was very polite and friendly and looked after us well. The reception staff were very polite, well informed and eager to help. All in all, a nice stay.
