Such a Poor and Horrible Food Quality, Delivery service is Worst , delivery boy also treating as Rude manner. Lunch timing 3 PM is totally not understandable , I will not recommend anyone..
pls dont get into this tiffin services, very attractive packing, timely services but food they send is very poor, initially they send good food take money, but soon u submit the money the will gave you different food. it smells like 2 days old food
Worst delivery service. No quality Food is never on time and the reasons they give are completely useless.. Please close your business it's not of any use
I have been eating food from outside since last 12 years but i never ever had that much of GHATIYA food anywhere else, i mean seriously yaar, u guys are running a food outlet and every second day sending messages that there is a fault in production area so we cant deliver the food today. And your delivery boy is just coming the place and throwing the food wherever he wanna throw and running away, No sense of responsibility or Respect for the food. and your chapatis are more harder than the floor of my branch premises. And i think u guys get salt for free, thats y u put it so much in the food. You guys named your outlet as Mr. Hot but i never ever had Hot food from your side, Even though my branch is at Geeta Bhawan Square only. i wasted my money for one month, WORST FOOD, WORST DELIVERY, WORST SERVICE. ~ Ajit Singh
Good food but delivery and all services are worst even after complaining they will not any action. Every second day your messege comes on mah phone like today service is unavailable what is this u guys make us stupid.
Food is good .But delivery service is worse. Delivers food late always even after complaining so many times. Also they don't answer the phone calls.
