I had specifically requested they send my meal at 12:30 pm and before I subscribed to their meal plan, they reassured me that they will. The whole month, not once did I receive my meal on time. I was late for work every single day without fail and am facing an inquiry into my job position as a result. I requested so many times but it still did not improve. They have the same excuse every time that their driver’s vehicle got punctured. How can that happen 5 times a month? They’re liars! When I got mad at them for the same, they instead got angry at me and said I am lying and making things up. The food is not that great either. I specifically requested they don’t send me salad as I needed carbs but they still kept doing it. I also asked for more marinated or gravy filled chicken instead of dry pieces as they’re harder to eat. Or I asked they send a dip alongside. Even these requests were not taken seriously. I don’t know how this place is still running. I saw a couple of more bad reviews and I’m thinking those are the only true ones. Rest seem fake. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

There is no customer support, they would take money in advance so that they can do as they like. I have had 26 meals plan it’s been more than 36 days they did not deliver 26 meals so far, keep making excuses chef is not available, pest control, gas pipeline exploded, delivery guy issue. On top of that they would not accept their fault,Worst customer service ever.

Very disappointing experience. There were too many unexplained holidays and meal deliveries were frequently inconsistent. The biggest issue was the lack of variety in the diet plan—almost the same chicken meal was served every day with very little change. A proper diet service should provide balanced, nutritious, and varied meals, but that was missing here. The food became repetitive very quickly and did not feel like a professionally planned diet at all. Definitely not worth the expectations.
