I have online order namkeen on 23rd March but on April 23 not yet received I think every online order delivery is start now during lockdown I can understand it's will be late during lockdown but you can respond through message and call even email id..I have called many but not responding.i don't know when I received my order..if you are not able to deliver please refund my money.
Ordered online from Akash Namkeen. Money debited from my account, order status showing "pending" for more than 1 month. No reply of mail & phone calls from Akash. It looks fraud.
I ordered on 16th June. Haven't received the order yet. The DTDC number they provided is not working and now I am emailing them and calling them but no reply. I am not sure if I am going to get my order which is already paid.
