Dal baffle ki quality me bilkul dam nahi hai, gatte aur aloo ki sabzi bilkul mithi hoti hai jaise chasni dal di ho aur kadi ki quantity dal se jyada hoti hai aur laddo baffle ke sath Jo hona chahiye usse alag hi hote bilkul maza nahi aya 350 RS total waste of money, taste me sudhar ki jarurat hai , samosa achcha tha lkn crispy and tasty.......

Update: parcel received thanks to courier company. Of course, Prakash namkeen didn't help and the parcel was damanged.. But, got lot many flavours in right amount... Only if they work on their customer service, it could be a good company to order from! -------------------------- Terrible terrible customer service... I had by mistake added wrong address. I called them next day and said if they can't change the address then please cancel order and I will pay cancellation charges. But they said that they can deliver to the right address.. But yet, the courier was shipped to wrong address and their executivedidn't help all he said was please manage this time... Really terrible customer service and disappointed.. Had heard alot about Prakash namkeen.. Guess I'll just pass them..

It is 15th September 2023 and order placed online on 2nd Sept is yet to be received. It was supposedly despatched after a lot of follow up and after that the consignment is still not received after 15 days. Would not recommend anyone to place order with them online. Only assurances received for messages sent on Facebook messanger. Request refund of my money from Prakash Namkeen. They are not fit to have an online e-commerce for sure. Demand a refund from them

Dal badla thali ka rate quality ke mukabale bahut mahngi hai, no of items jo likhe hai unki qty bahut kam hai muskil se 2 log kha pate hai

Too expensive like - 20₹ for kachori Samosa in a place like Chhota bangarda. Also they are asking for ₹5 for Sev on samosa kachori(though they have written "5₹ for extra sev") clearly they are started this place to shut it soon.

Roti quantity is very poor, I believe roti was prepared & packed in the morning and they served after microwave, roti became very hard like papad. Unable to eat roti even single bite. Refer Photo.

Vada pav like rubber plz dont eat also very un responsive behaviour in by billing counter staff person aur pehle inki dukan chalti ni thi toh taste ka kyal rakte the aaj kal chalne lagi ho toh baad jaye customer aur price too expensive 10 k cheez 20 aur 20 ki 50 mein de rahe hai aur taste k maa behan kar raki hi plz koi bhi inke yaha se ab na kaye pathetic

Quality food at reasonable price

Stopped by for a quick meal and was blown away by their Gaon ka samosa. The crispy crust and spicy filling were spot on. Washed it down with a refreshing glass of chaas. Will definitely be back for more! Must Try in Indore.
