⭐ Very disappointing experience at Lalit Namkeen Shop, Indore! We visited this shop and bought 6 packets of namkeen and 4 packets of zeera. Initially, the shopkeeper quoted ₹70, which we understood as the price. In a friendly manner, I asked him, “Bhaiya, thoda kam kar dena,” and added a few more items. When I asked for the final bill, he suddenly told us ₹650. When I reminded him that he had initially said ₹70, his response was extremely rude. He said that if I hadn’t asked for a discount, he would have charged ₹620 instead. This made absolutely no sense, and his attitude was completely unprofessional. As customers, we should be able to ask for a small discount politely without being treated disrespectfully. The way he spoke to us was unacceptable and ruined the entire shopping experience. The biggest issue was not the price, but the rude behaviour, poor communication, and unnecessary attitude. A shop should value its customers and communicate prices clearly instead of making them feel uncomfortable for asking a simple question. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves its customer service. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience.
What a rude behaviour,if you don't know how to treat customers then please shut your shop and become goon. Don't go guys we have very good options nearby in same rate or less.
